Chapter President

Sallie Rodriguez

Sallie enjoys event planning and is known among her friends for creating signature cocktails and themed drinks for birthday celebrations and special events.

Sallie Rodriguez serves as President of NARBW SoCal and is a Rail Traffic Controller at Metrolink. A dedicated leader, volunteer, and advocate for service, she is passionate about supporting her community, mentoring others, and advancing the mission of NARBW. In recognition of her outstanding leadership and commitment, Sallie was named the 2026 NARBW SoCal Woman of the Year.

Fun Fact: Nicknamed "Snow White," Sandy will stop to feed and pet just about any animal she meets—even though her favorite Disney character is Belle!

Sandy is a Communications Supervisor at Metrolink and serves as NARBW SoCal's Vice President and Welfare Chair. She is also the National Secretary for NARBW and was honored as both the 2025 NARBW SoCal Woman of the Year and the 2025 National Woman of the Year for her exceptional leadership, service, and dedication to the organization.

Fun Fact: Jenn is terrified of water but will go scuba diving, afraid of needles but covered in tattoos, and isn't afraid to pin her peptides. She believes facing your fears is just another way to keep growing!

Jenn serves as Secretary for NARBW SoCal and Chair of the chapter's annual Hitting the Links Golf Tournament. Originally from New York, she is a Chief Dispatcher at Metrolink and is known for her dedication, leadership, and ability to keep both the chapter and tournament operations running smoothly. A devoted wife, grandmother, and fitness enthusiast, Jenn balances her many responsibilities with grace and determination while serving as a caregiver to her husband.

Chapter Treasurer

Roxann Nunez

Roxann is proudly "that Disney adult!" She owns more than 200 pairs of Minnie Mouse ears, including exclusive collections from Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disney Resort, and Shanghai Disneyland.

Roxann serves as Treasurer for NARBW SoCal, where she oversees the chapter's financial operations with accuracy and attention to detail. She is a Communications Supervisor at Metrolink and is known for her reliability, organization, and dedication to the chapter's success. When she's not balancing budgets, Roxann enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her beloved dog, Clementine.

Golf Tournament

The Hitting the Links Golf Tournament Committee organizes NARBW SoCal's premier fundraising event, bringing together golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners for a day of fun and philanthropy. Proceeds support scholarships, charitable initiatives, and community outreach programs throughout the year. ⛳💙

The Convention Committee is the team behind the magic of NARBWland 2027. From themed events and decorations to hospitality, registration, tours, and entertainment, committee members work together to create a memorable convention experience where sisterhood, service, and a little bit of Disney-inspired magic come together. ✨🏰🚂💙

The Member Growth & Learning Committee promotes personal growth, professional development, and leadership opportunities for NARBW SoCal members. Through education, mentorship, and networking, the committee helps members learn, grow, and thrive in every stage of their journey. 🌱📚

Chair - Patricia Miramontes

The Publications Committee serves as the voice of NARBW SoCal, sharing our stories, celebrating our members, and keeping everyone connected. Chair - Roxann Nunez

The Sunshine & Membership Committee promotes member engagement and connection by welcoming new members, encouraging participation, and recognizing important life events. Through outreach and support, the committee helps create a caring and inclusive chapter experience. ☀️💌💙

Ways & Means

Chair - Shamonda Jones

The Ways & Means Committee plans and supports fundraising activities that provide financial resources for scholarships, charitable projects, chapter programs, and special events. Through creativity and teamwork, the committee helps strengthen the chapter's ability to serve others and achieve its goals.

Welfare

Chair - Sandy Martinez

The Welfare Committee leads NARBW SoCal's community service and charitable outreach efforts. Through volunteer projects, donations, and member support initiatives, the committee helps strengthen our communities while promoting the spirit of service and compassion. 💙🤝

2020 - 2022

Trischelle Baysden

As the Founding President of NARBW SoCal, Trischelle led the chapter through its chartering and helped establish the foundation for its future success. She later served as Chair of the highly successful 2023 NARBW National Convention hosted by the Southern California Chapter and became the first NARBW SoCal member elected to the National Board, paving the way for future chapter leaders.

2022 - 2023

Laurene Lopez

Served as President during the chapter's early years and supported the continued development of NARBW SoCal.

2023 - 2026

Shamonda Jones

Shamonda expanded the chapter's digital presence through a redesigned website and social media platforms, and strengthened community outreach and charitable initiatives. Co-chaired the 2024 Hitting the Links Golf Tournament, helping raise more than $23,000 for charity, and was appointed Chair of the 2027 NARBW National Convention, NARBWland.
