LEGACY & MILESTONES

Since our founding, NARBW SoCal has proudly built a legacy of leadership, service, and excellence within the rail community.

From the day our chapter was established, we have continued to grow and make a meaningful impact—celebrating key milestones that reflect the strength and dedication of our sisterhood. Our journey includes historic leadership achievements, such as Trischelle [Last Name], our first member to serve on the National Board; prestigious honors like Sandra Martinez being named 2025 Woman of the Year; and chapter-wide accomplishments including hosting the 2023 NARBW National Convention and earning the 2025 Founder’s Day Award.

Each milestone represents more than a moment—it reflects our commitment to uplifting one another, serving our communities, and leaving a lasting mark on NARBW.

And we’re just getting started. 💙

Sandra Martinez embodies the very best of NARBW.

Her generous spirit, unwavering dedication to mentorship, and deep commitment to philanthropy make her truly deserving of this prestigious honor. She leads with kindness, passion, and a genuine desire to uplift others—leaving a lasting impact on everyone she touches.

2025 Founder's Day Award

NARBW SoCal Chapter

The Founder’s Day Award recognizes chapters that demonstrate outstanding participation, creativity, and commitment during the annual Founder’s Day celebration.

This year, NARBW SoCal proudly earned this distinguished honor, reflecting the strength, unity, and dedication of our chapter.

From rallying members to proudly showcase NARBW across social platforms, to assembling essential homeless care kits, and celebrating with a festive commemorative cake, our efforts exemplified what it means to lead with purpose and heart.

These accomplishments embody the true spirit of NARBW—service, sisterhood, and community impact—making a meaningful difference both within our organization and beyond.
